We operate from premises where our brilliant back office team keep us organised and on track. Each job is assigned a Site Manager so there is always someone available for our customers to liaise with throughout any undertaken works.
At PML Construction we’ve tried to anticipate the things that can cause problems in the customer-builder relationship.So, in addition to being contactable; we provide a detailed Construction Phase Plan or week-by-week outline for all projects, so customers understand what will be happening at each stage. This can be updated if they decide to add to the project.
We are delighted that it has resulted in a score of 100 percent on Checkatrade’s ‘Invoice History’, which measures whether customers agree they have been charged as per their quote/estimate.
We are equally at home in domestic and commercial environments and fully equipped for both! We understand that having builders in your home can be stressful. But we do our best to minimise that – from organising portable toilets if necessary, to making sure that we sheet-up extensively where we can and work as tidily as possible.
And for commercial customers we can schedule work to suit. For example, we provide alteration, renovation and decoration services to several local schools and plan this for the school holidays. We also have DBS checks for relevant

One of the questions we’re asked most is whether we’ll be onsite every day. And, barring disasters, the answer is yes. We are experts at managing our team and as keen as our customers that we deliver on our promises. So, we schedule jobs very carefully to make sure that there are no gaps in service.
